Full tear-off and replacement on a center-hall colonial near the Palisade Ave shop. The original 25-year architectural shingles had reached the end of their life, with granule loss visible in the gutters and two active leaks at the rear valley.
We replaced the deck protection, re-flashed the chimney and both valleys, and added a continuous ridge vent to fix the attic ventilation that had been cooking the shingles from below. Finished a half-day ahead of schedule with a full magnetic-sweep cleanup.
